- Her letting career began with General Accident Property Services where she rose to Senior Branch Manager over both lettings and sales. An opportunity arose as Area Manager, North for Whitegates (Legal & General owned.) The role encompassed staff training in all aspects of property management.

BARRY PORTAS, DIRECTOR Married to Pauline, retired and maintains an active interest in the business. Although Grandchildren and fishing prove to be the major occupation, he volunteers regularly to cover at busy periods.
Married, with a young son and daughter. Jenny has been with Charterhouse since its conception in 1999. Her dedication and determination to all aspects of letting has resulted in her now specialising in Legalities, Contracts, Tax issues and Landlords Accounts.
The office benefits from her love of cooking and cake decoration. The chocolate brownies are delicious.
