- Her letting career began with General Accident Property Services where she rose to Senior Branch Manager over both lettings and sales. An opportunity arose as Area Manager, North for Whitegates (Legal & General owned.) The role encompassed staff training in all aspects of property management.
To relax, Pauline likes nothing more than curling up with a good book and a glass of Chianti
BARRY PORTAS, DIRECTOR Married to Pauline, retired and maintains an active interest in the business. Although Grandchildren and fishing prove to be the major occupation, he volunteers regularly to cover at busy periods.
Married, with a young son. Jenny has been with Charterhouse since its conception in 1999. Her dedication and determination to all aspects of letting has resulted in her now specialising in Legalities, Contracts, Tax issues and Landlords Accounts.
The office benefits from her love of cooking and cake decoration. The chocolate brownies are delicious.
GINA BAXTER, OFFICE MANAGER
Married. Gina has been employed by Charterhouse for 5 years and is adept in the majority of skills required in letting, but particularly enjoys maintenance. Previously she had been employed a Deputy Manager for a well known Travel Agency and loves working with the general public. Gina is an avid Liverpool fan and when not supporting her favourite team, loves to socialise and party.
CHRIS WRIGHT, PROPERTY COORDINATOR / DOMESTIC ENERGY ASSESSOR Single. Chris initially hoped to follow a career in Sales, however 3 years ago he joined the Charterhouse team and he find the challenges never ending – not least working on a day to day basis in an office dominated by women! His responsibilities include property inspections, EPC’s and inventories. An enthusiastic Chelsea fan and a keen follower of Cricket, Chris admits to being more a spectator than player.
The newest member of the team, with a years experience. Her bubbly personality has made her a great addition as she is responsible for marketing and viewings. Amy’s positive nature is an asset. Previously she had been employed in Jewellery sales. Her working activities centre around shopping - Amy has an unbelievable collection of bags and shoes.
